Penny Phillips: Penny Phillips is the president and co-founder of Journey Strategic Wealth, a New Jersey-based aggregator. Before founding Journey, she started Thrivos Consulting, a practice management coaching company. Penny has held leadership positions across the financial services industry, including at New York Life. She earned dual degrees in economics and corporate finance from CUNY’s Macaulay Honors College. Penny was born and raised in New York City, where she resides today.
