If there’s one thing to know about me, it’s that I love, love, love my cheese. I come by it honestly, as my mom always serves cheese before dinner when guests are over and even has a fancy schmancy cheese club subscription. But sadly, when you’re a purveyor of fromage, you often have a few types in the fridge at a time and it’s hard to finish them before they start to harden. Luckily, I found these inexpensive and *clever* (of course) bags for keeping your cheese super fresh. Plus, as usual, we found lots of other fun finds to make your life a little simpler!
An Easy Way to Fix Furniture Scratches
Kick dings and dents to the curb—this magic (well, not really, but it feels that way) stick helps keep your wooden furniture and floors looking immaculate. It “removes” scratches and even watermarks using a proprietary formula that’s completely colorless. A good solution if you don’t want to completely refinish a piece of furniture!
Bags for Keeping Cheese Fresh
Although I can definitely take out a whole block of cheese in one sitting, most of the time I need to save leftovers. When not stored properly, precious fromage can get all dry and yucky pretty quickly. Luckily, these bags are made of a material that is porous enough to let the cheese breathe, but keep the moisture in so it doesn’t get dry. Once the grease from the cheese starts to stain the paper, just switch the bags out and relabel them!
A Garland You Can Use Again and Again
Photo by The Creative Garland Company
Why get a specific banner for a party that you’re just going to throw out, when you can get one to spell out whatever you want and reuse it over and over again? Enter this banner: you can use it for years and it comes in white, black, or fun bright mixed colors.
A Picnic Cooler That’s Also a Seat

It’s a picnic basket! It’s a cooler! It’s a seat! It’s all three! Lightweight and multifunctional, this cooler makes a great beach or park companion for the upcoming spring and summer months (yay!).
An App for Buying and Selling Plants (and More!)
Are you a proud plant parent? Are you always looking for new green guys to add to your collection? Then you’re gonna want to download the Palmstreet app! Not only does it have a huge community of buyers and sellers, but there’s also live streaming shopping making your experience a little more interactive. I tried it out and found it to be a super easy experience. And I was also looking for pretty specific plants—rare-ish morning glories and a variegated leaf geranium—and was able to find them easily with excellent communication from the buyers. People also sell crafts, crystals, and even geckos, but I would say the main event is the rare plants.
A Mix for Making Homemade Dog Treats
I rave about the Woof Pupsicle to anyone who will listen—it’s one of the only things that keep my dog Pidgin occupied for a long stretch of time. It’s basically a ball that unscrews and you put a treat in it, and the ball comes with molds for making treats. Usually we just use almond butter and yogurt and freeze it in the molds, but Woof just released a dry mix that you add water to and freeze, which makes it much easier to re-up her favorite treats!
