Kevin Hart and director Tim Story are betting on their comedy chemistry by teaming up for a new film “72 Hours” at Netflix.
According to the film’s logline, Hart plays a 40-year-old executive who hopes to save his flailing career by joining a group of twenty-somethings on a wild three-day bachelor party, after he’s inadvertently added to their group text.

Writers on the project are Matt Mider & Kevin Burrows and Jon Hurwitz & Hayden Schlossberg. “72 Hours” is produced by Hart’s Hartbeat, Davis Entertainment, Counterbalance and Will Packer. Ross Fanger executive produces.
The film is being produced under a partnership in which Sony Pictures will offer Netflix a first look at films it intends to make for streaming.
