You can call the most-expensive US-listed home yours—for a cool nine figures.
Real-estate site Redfin last week shared a list of the country’s highest-priced listings. The top 10 were all listed above $100 million, and two were asking more than twice that.
Half of the homes were in coastal Florida. Southern California, New York City, and Lake Tahoe rounded out the top 10. Here’s a selection of the most-expensive homes out there.
Topping Redfin’s list was 1960 S. Ocean Blvd, Manalapan, FL, listed for $285 million. Equipped with a bowling alley, shooting range, movie theater, and golf simulator, this 8-bedroom, 12.5-bathroom 50,000 square foot home has over 700 feet of combined intercoastal and ocean frontage. (Another Florida home was second on the list at $210 million.) Redfin’s listing estimates the monthly mortgage payment at over $1.7 million.)
