Cassie didn’t tell Deonte Nash about ‘freak off’ videos, he testifies
Yesterday, stylist Deonte Nash testified that Sean “Diddy” Combs threatened to release explicit footage of Cassie Ventura and send the videos to her parents’ jobs to get them fired.
Nash said he tried to comfort Ventura by assuring her that Combs was in the videos, too. Ventura then told Nash that Combs filmed the videos, which showed her having sex with other men, he testified.
Today, Nash told Combs’s defense attorneys that the incident marked the first time he learned that Ventura was having sex with other men despite their close friendship.

Deonte Nash testifies about timeline of Cassie Ventura’s relationship with Kid Cudi
Stylist Deonte Nash says he was told by Sean “Diddy” Combs’s staff that he and Cassie Ventura broke up before she started dating Scott “Kid Cudi” Mescudi in late 2011.
Much of the testimony so far has centered around allegations of what Combs did after discovering their relationship. Mescudi alleges Combs broke into his home in December 2011.
Mescudi’s Porsche was bombed just weeks later. The rapper testified he knew Combs had something to do with the bombing. But Mescudi says Combs denied any involvement when confronted.

Judge Subramanian stated that those in the overflow room would be in the main courtroom if there was space.

Defense asks court for ‘more access’ with Diddy in jail
As Judge Arun Subramanian hopes to keep the trial rolling along at a brisk pace, the defense has argued that an inability to visit Sean Combs in jail after 7 p.m. may slow down proceedings.
Defense attorney Marc Agnifilo made a plea to the court, asking permission to meet with Combs until 10 p.m. He argued that the current curfew means that the defense has to spend more time debating strategy without Combs, slowing up trial preparations.
“We just need more access to Mr. Combs” Agnifilo told the court Wednesday.
Judge Subramanian said he would call the jail to see if arrangements could be made.
The defense previously requested last week to have additional videoconferencing time with Combs from his jail after stating he was “out of minutes.” Prosecutors said they would call the Bureau of Prisons and ask on Subramanian’s behalf, after the judge expressed that he had had no luck with the agency.
