Blinken meets Iraqi PM in Baghdad to discuss ISIL, Syria

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken made an unannounced stop in Baghdad to discuss Syria and ISIL with Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani. It was the final stop of his Middle East tour after the fall of the Assad regime in Syria.
