Ana Navarro might not care about Meghan Markle, but she flexed a keen interest in talking about porn with The View audience before noon on Friday morning’s show.
After moderator Joy Behar introduced a Hot Topics discussion about people worrying about the “spark going out in their sex life as they get older,” Navarro quickly launched into a step-by-step summary of a pornographic video she may or may not have watched.
“If you ever see porn — not that I do — the women always have high-heeled shoes on. They’re always perfect — I’ve heard. That’s performative sex, I think,” she said, referencing a quote from actress Kate Hudson, who has pointed out that sex need not be aesthetically pleasing to be enjoyable. “The older you get, the less inhibited you are,” she continued, “the more you know about the stuff and what buttons to push and pull and press.”
The camera then cut to panelist Sara Haines, who feigned shock as she asked, “What are you pulling?” to which Navarro replied, “Go watch porn!”
Sunny Hostin later noted that sex, for her, has gotten better in her 50s, though Behar balked at the statement, informing her cohosts that she hasn’t looked at her own body in over 40 years.
“Once you hit menopause — I said this yesterday, you girls don’t listen to me — menopause ruins your sex life,” Behar said. “You get to the point where you’re so hot, you don’t want anybody on top of you. You’re ready to join a convent.”

Navarro finished the conversation by admitting, “I have now invested way too much time training [my husband] Al on how to have great sex to go train someone else,” she said, while Behar prompted her to give the cohosts tips on having good sex.
“There’s positions that maybe work better than others,” Navarro replied, as Hostin got out a pen to take notes. “Are you bitches gonna make me blush on national TV?”
The discussion comes after the ladies debated in December the pros and cons of having sex with the lights on or off.
The View airs weekdays at 11 a.m. ET/10 a.m. PT on ABC.
