American Airlines’ Has a New Spring Sale—and It Includes $64 Flights Between NYC and Miami

The price tag on that dream spring break trip may now be within reach, thanks to the American Airlines’ new sale. 

The limited-time sale applies to reservations made in the U.S. for nonstop flights that take off from the 48 contiguous states to select destinations. Reservations must been booked by March 31 for travel through May 22, with the exception of the blackout dates April 17 to 22. The deals apply to non-refundable fares in basic economy. 

The deals are constantly first-come-first-serve and with fluctuating prices. Here are some of the best spring flight deals we spotted this morning:

• New York City (LGA) to Miami (MIA) on April 6 from $64 one way
• Chicago (ORD) to Las Vegas (LAS) on May 6 from $80 one way
• Dallas (DFW) to Seattle (SEA) on April 16 from $95 one way
• Philadelphia (PHL) to San Francisco (SFO) on April 8 for $115 one way
• Los Angeles (LAX) to New York City (JFK) on April 2 for $134 one way
• Miami (MIA) to Las Vegas (LAS) on April 22 for $148 one way
• Dallas (DFW) to Honolulu (HNL) on May 5 from $286 one way

In addition to its spring fare sale, American is also hopping on the bracket bandwagon this month with the launch of its March Map-ness social media campaign on Instagram through @AmericanAir.

Structured like a traditional basketball bracket, the travel-themed chart includes four categories of seasonal getaway. In the spring break category are a quad of popular American cities, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Orlando, and Nashville. In its solo weekend group are urban favorites of Denver, San Francisco, Seattle, and Mexico City.

Then it hones in on destinations, with its Florida beaches section with Miami, Sarasota, Tampa, and West Palm Beach, while its final Caribbean pleasure grouping features Cancun, Punta Cana, Montego Bay, and San Juan. All 16 spots are meant to inspire spring travel plans.

For extra incentive to those ready to book last-minute trips this month, American is also giving away 500 bonus loyalty points to AAdvantage members who register for and travel for its March incentive program before the end of the month.
