Allen Media Group has hired four advertising sales veterans of Warner Bros. Discovery amid the continued shakeup in traditional Hollywood.
Robert Latorre, Stephanie Jackson, Tina Messina and Larry Alecia will be tasked with driving ad sales across Allen Media Group’s 27 TV stations, its cable channels, syndicated TV portfolio and streaming platforms including HBCU Go and the Weather Channel Streaming App.
Latorre is senior VP of national ad sales for Allen Media Group. He was a 25-year veteran of Warner Bros. Discovery and is predecessor companies. He was most recently senior VP of convergent advertising sales for Food Network/TLC/OWN and VP of convergent advertising sales for the Scripps Networks Interactive Food Network/Cooking Channel platforms.
Jackson is senior VP of west coast sales and partnerships. She spent 21 years with WBD and predecessors. She most recently served as senior VP of cross portfolio sales for the western region and VP of western region for Warner Bros. Discovery.
Messina becomes VP of performance marketing for Allen Media Group. A 23-year veteran of Warner Bros. Discovery, Messina was most recently VP of advertising sales, direct response linear and digital for Warner Bros. Discovery.
Alecia is VP of advertising sales. He’d been with WBD for 15 years. He had most recently served as VP of portfolio sales for Warner Bros. Discovery and VP and sales manager for Discovery.
