“I stick with Hokas because they have great arch support, and they are made from quality materials that don’t break down easily. I usually buy Bondi because of my hallux rigidis (arthritis limiting range of movement at the base of the biggest toe) but wanted to try a shoe with less ‘bulk’ this time. Although the toe box is smaller and a little uncomfortable at first in regards to the arthritis, within a couple of days, it did improve.” —April
“Overall, I love these shoes! I took a chance on changing it up from my Rincons as I saw the reviews on the new iteration of those were not great. And boy, am I glad I did! I love the Mach 6s. They are supportive and pillowy, which helps my runner’s knee, but they are also responsive and easy to push off on if I want to go faster. Great for everyday running and races. I’m not sure how they’d do long distance because on my recent 10k I could definitely feel my feet getting a little sore as these shoes push on the tops of my feet and toes a bit. But that could have been bad sizing judgment on my side, too. They were amazing for the 5K I ran before that. The point is go get these shoes if you need/like support but also want the ability to run fast and push off easily.” —Alice
“This is my first pair of Hoka’s. I will definitely be buying more. They are so comfortable i could wear them all day long. Lightweight and l made. Love them!” —Janutz
“I was searching for a new pair of running shoes at the beginning of this year and I tried these. They’re the best running shoes I’ve tried. I have a problem with shin splints, but 7 months into running consistently with these, and I have yet to have issues. This purchase is my second pair, and I can’t recommend them enough.” —Meagan
