Tracking snow into Friday – Local News 8

Mostly sunny with some areas of low clouds this morning. Still cold as wid chills plunge below zero readings this morning and light winds this afternoon will make a little difference in real feel temps.  Highs again today in the 20’s after getting to 21 in Idaho Falls and 28 in Pocatello Tuesday.

The eventual warm before the storm occurring today and tomorrow with more clouds and onset of snow by Friday middle day at 30% chance. Better opportunities for snow in the valley by Friday night, then as we warm for Saturday we get that rain/snow mix, eventually turning to rain for the day.  Our Saturday night will be sloppy and frozen with rain and snow on top, making lousy driving and good stay at home with someone Saturday night vibes. You can watch replays of us on Local News 8 in the morning with Kailey Galaviz and Jeff Roper.

Continued chances for precip into Sunday and Monday as well, esp. for western Wyoming and resorts.
