The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) has announced the 2025 honorees that will be attending its 13th annual SCAD TVfest in Atlanta. The university’s signature event celebrating the best in television and streaming is scheduled for February 5-7 at the SCADshow theater.
The list of this year’s honorees includes Emmy-winning “Shōgun” producer/star Hiroyuki Sanada, who will be accepting the Lifetime Achievement Award, Emmy-nominated actress Laverne Cox (“Clean Slate”), who will receive the Impact Award, Netflix star Noah Centineo (“The Recruit,” “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before”), who will receive the Distinguished Performance Award, “Outlander” star Sophie Skelton, who will receive the Lumiere Award, “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” star Walker Scobell, who will receive the Rising Star Award, Emmy winner Uzo Aduba (“The Residence”), who will receive The Hollywood Reporter’s Trailblazer Award, and key members of the cast and crew behind the new NBC comedy “St. Denis Medical,” including stars Allison Tolman and Kahyun Kim and creators Eric Ledgin and Justin Spitzer, who will all be there to accept the Breakthrough Cast Award on behalf of the show.
The group joins the previously announced winners of the Variety Showrunner Award, “Stranger Things” creators the Duffer Brothers, which will be presented by actor Caleb McLaughlin at the festival’s Opening Night Gala. All honorees are scheduled to attend screenings and participate in conversations highlighting their performances and illustrious careers.

This is an incredibly special moment for them to hear from the best and brightest in the industry,” said Christina Routhier, senior executive director of SCAD theaters and festivals, via statement. “We are thrilled to celebrate our extraordinary honorees this year, from the legendary Hiroyuki Sanada and the groundbreaking Laverne Cox to some of TV’s hottest stars like Noah Centineo, Sophie Skelton, Walker Scobell, and the cast of the buzzworthy new series ‘St. Denis Medical’. We look forward to an unforgettable, action-packed three days in Atlanta!”
