Every ‘Love Is Blind’ couple that said ‘I do’: Who’s still together, who’s separated, and who started a family

Netflix‘s Love Is Blind seeks to answer a question that’s haunted humanity for centuries: Is love blind? The answer, as the series repeatedly demonstrates, is absolutely not.

That said, the reality dating show does have its success stories. For a while, its batting average after eight seasons was better than you might think. But a handful of recent splits are changing that.

Here’s the premise: A gaggle of matrimony-seeking singles, separated by gender, go on dates in “pods” that put a wall up between the potential couples. The goal is for the singles to connect on an emotional and intellectual level before seeing each other in person, thus building a foundation stronger than just physical attraction.

It’s a good idea in theory, but we’ve seen enough seasons by now to know many pod romances crumble once the masks are off. After all, one of the show’s guiltiest pleasures is searching each contestant’s face during the reveal to suss out their true feelings.

Read on to see which Love Is Blind couples are still together (and which ones aren’t) after taking the plunge on TV.

MARRIED: Lauren and Cameron (season 1)

The first season of Love Is Blind debuted in 2020, culminating in two of the franchise’s biggest success stories. One of them is Lauren Speed-Hamilton and Cameron Hamilton, who many would deem the franchise’s poster couple.

“We made the most use of our time possible,” Cameron told Entertainment Weekly. “We went into the pods with things that we wanted to talk about in mind. The conversation came very naturally. It all just felt fated and surreal.”

Since their televised wedding, the couple published a book (Leap of Faith), started two podcasts, and positioned themselves as relationship gurus via their YouTube channel.

In October 2024, they discussed Lauren’s fertility struggles on their Love Seat podcast. “When I saw what you were going through, in terms of taking the medications, doing the daily shots, knowing that IVF and all this stuff wasn’t really something that you naturally wanted to do but you did it for me,” said Cameron. “You showed me a new level of love that I’d never seen before.”

Lauren added, “It has affected us as a couple because it has made us feel more connected. We support each other. We’re more in tune now.”

In May 2025, the couple exclusively shared with PEOPLE that they’re expecting their first baby after four years of trying.

MARRIED: Amber and Matt (season 1)

Matt and Amber Barnett overcame a little bit of jealousy and a lot of credit card debt to cultivate a stable relationship. What’s more, they’re on the verge of becoming parents.

In October 2024, the couple revealed that a baby was on the way. While guesting on the first episode of The Love Seat, a podcast hosted by fellow Love Is Blind alums Lauren and Cameron, Amber said, “I sent myself back to school because I felt like we were in a place where I could do that. I had the support, and I was mentally there. And then over summer break he just went and knocked me up.”

In April 2025, the couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl.

“Baby Barnett has arrived and is more perfect than anything I could’ve dreamed,” Amber wrote on Instagram. “It may be the hormones but @barnettisblind and our baby girl have my heart so full I can hardly function, I hope this feeling never goes away.”

MARRIED: Alexa and Brennon (season 3)

An unlikely pair that sailed to the altar with few complications, Alexa and Brennon Lemieux seemed ready to say “I do” after their first date in the pods. Now, they’re not only still together, but also the parents of a baby girl named Vienna Ziva Lemieux.

They announced the pregnancy in January 2024, revealing it had been a long process.

“We’ve been trying for almost a year and a half, so it was a lot,” Alexa told PEOPLE at the time. “I went through some fertility treatments and nothing worked. I was really nervous that maybe we’re never going to be able to have kids… I want to be a mom. That’s all I ever wanted to be, and so, it was just a very down time for me. I was really going through it because I’m like, ‘I can’t do the one thing that I feel like I was put on this earth to do.’ And for me, it strips you of your womanhood. That’s what it felt like. And feeling like I was broken.”

The pair were considering setting up an IVF appointment when they learned a baby had been conceived naturally. In August 2024, Alexa and Brennon introduced the world to Vienna in an Instagram post.

“She has mommy’s hair and daddy’s dimples and we couldn’t be more in love,” Alexa wrote.

MARRIED: Bliss and Zack (season 4)

Zack Goytowski and Bliss Poureetezadi had one of the stranger journeys on Love Is Blind, mainly because Zack initially broke up with Bliss in favor of Irina Solomonova, who quickly proved herself to be perhaps the meanest contestant in the show’s history.

After a disastrous trip to Mexico where Irina appeared repulsed by everything Zack did, the couple split and Zack went crawling back to Bliss. It was a testament to their deep bond that Bliss was able to look past his poor decision-making. “Everyone deserves a second chance,” Bliss told EW during the season. “Because of the strong connection that we built, I was going to give an opportunity for a second chance. Because I believe that this was my person, and I was right.”

It turned out to be the right choice, as the couple remains happily married. They even welcomed a child together last May, a baby girl named Galileo Terri Rayne.

“We are so in love with our precious, beautiful baby girl,” Zack and Bliss told PEOPLE. “We are forever changed and are so blessed to spend the rest of our lives loving her. She is our moon, our stars, the center of our universe.”

Zack and Bliss even brought their little one to the Love Is Blind season 7 reunion.

MARRIED: Chelsea and Kwame (season 4)

Kwame Appiah and Chelsea Griffin nearly didn’t make it. Before walking down the aisle, he uttered the two words no one wants to hear on their wedding day: “cold feet.” Kwame was hesitant to take the plunge for several reasons, the most prominent being his mother’s refusal to attend the wedding. Family matters, after all.

He did, however, say yes, and the couple is approaching their third anniversary.

While the couple’s Instagram accounts are filled with doting posts about each other, Kwame recently shared a distressing update about his health.

Revealing that he’d been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, an inflammatory bowel disease, he said, “One, just a quick reminder that life is incredibly precious. I didn’t realize how important the normal things I did in my day were for me until I couldn’t do them,” he said. “Lesson No. 2: Small things can lead to big problems if we ignore them, so don’t. Lesson No. 3: Information is everything. You have to know what it is if you are going to fight it.”

He ended the video by thanking Chelsea.

MARRIED: Tiffany and Brett (season 4)

“Imperfectly perfect for each other,” Brett Brown and Tiffany Pennywell Brown said while celebrating their two-year wedding anniversary in 2024. That’s news to us since they seemed damn near perfect on their season.

One of the franchise’s strongest couples, Brett and Tiffany have flexed their connection at Love Is Blind reunions and on social media, where they revealed last fall that they’re new homeowners.

“Who would’ve thought a reality TV show would lead us to our happily ever after?” they wrote in a joint post. “We’ve explored the world, created unforgettable memories, and built a rock-solid foundation of laughter, trust, and unconditional love. Imperfectly perfect for each other, we’re proud to be living life on our own terms and savoring every moment together.”

We could crack a joke or two, but what is there to say? He had a lot of sneakers? She fell asleep in the pods? That just makes them more relatable.

MARRIED: Amy and Johnny (season 6)

Let’s be honest: These two were a snooze. We say this, of course, as drama-hungry consumers of a television program. In actuality, being a snore on Love Is Blind is probably the best indication that you’re in it for the long haul. Many congrats, then to Johnny McIntyre and Amy Cortés. We never want to hear you talk about birth control again.

As anyone who watched the show knows, Johnny and Amy were obsessed with each other from the start. As Johnny revealed to EW, they even broke the rules in order to spend more time together before the wedding.

“They told us we were supposed to be apart for, I think, three days before the wedding, to really think about our decision and what we want to do,” he said. “And of course, we were apart only for three minutes before my Uber came to pick me up, and then Amy took my car to go back to her hotel, then that Uber picked her up, so [producers] didn’t really know. Did anyone yell at us? No, but we definitely knew we were both going to say yes well in advance.”

They still appear obsessed with each other, routinely posting travel pics (and lip-syncs) with their adorable dog in tow.

They do, however, wish they weren’t the only couple from their season to get married. “Learning about all the other couples, what they were dealing with in their own day-to-day lives, that was the biggest realization or biggest shock that we got from watching everything back again,” Johnny told EW.

MARRIED: Taylor and Garrett (season 7)

Taylor Krause and Garrett Josemans only hit a couple speed bumps on their way to the altar. The first, however, was a big one. “Garrett and I weren’t initially really attracted to each other,” Taylor said on the Sorry We’re Cyrus podcast.

“Hold on, hold on,” Garrett clarified. “Initially, as in at the reveal.”

Thankfully, the spark became a flame as the couple spent more time together. It was nearly blown out, however, when Taylor caught Garrett lying about messages he’d exchanged with an ex after exiting the pods. It was pretty tame stuff, though, and only served to ruin the season’s Great Gatsby-themed party. (Side note: Fights are always more entertaining when the couples are in costume.)

Since tying the knot, the couple moved to Washington D.C., a compromise Taylor, who initially hoped to move to San Diego, chose to make.

Speaking on The Viall Files podcast, the couple revealed that the decision over where to move felt “irreconcilable” at first. “That was our biggest struggle this summer was working through that together and understanding we still love each other, wanna make this work, but these are real feelings that we’re feeling and trying to understand them and communicate them at the same time,” said Garrett.

But if Taylor’s Instagram is any indication, the couple seems to be thriving in The District.

MARRIED: Daniel and Taylor (season 8)

A walk down the aisle looked unlikely after Daniel Hastings and Taylor Haag met for the first time outside of the pods. After seeing him in the flesh, Taylor suspected that Daniel used to follow her on Instagram, meaning he knew what she looked like throughout their blind courtship. But Daniel denied the accusation, and they managed to work through the awkwardness and become the only couple wed by the end of season 8.

The pair was in good spirits during the season 8 reunion, with Daniel flaunting a tattoo of Taylor’s eyes on his chest that’s equal parts romantic and upsetting.

In May 2025, Daniel and Taylor renewed their vows in Chaska, Minn. In attendance, per PEOPLE, were several season 8 alums, including David Bettenberg, Sara Carton, Mason Horacek, Joey Leveille, and Lauren O’Brien.

“Yesterday we said ‘I do’ a second time with a vow renewal and dancing the night away with 400 of our favorite people,” Haag wrote on Instagram. “What a gift it is to choose each other again and again.”

SPLIT: Danielle and Nick Thompson (season 2)

Danielle Ruhl and Nick Thompson were one of two couples to tie the knot in Love Is Blind season 2. “I have no question whatsoever that you are the person I’m supposed to be with,” Nick said at the altar.

Their union appeared rosy during the season 2 reunion in March 2022, though they admitted to attending couples’ therapy. “I go into fix mode. I just want to fix it,” Nick said. “She just wants me to understand she’s feeling this way. Not fix it.”

Five months later — a little more than a year after their nuptials — the couple filed for divorce.

“It has taken some time to publicly speak about my marriage ending, as emotions are still raw,” Danielle shared in a September 2022 Instagram post, per PEOPLE. “I’ll always care about Nick and appreciate our time together. As a wise woman said — choose yourself.”

In his own Instagram post, Nick said, “I’m grateful for this experience, the learnings that came, and those yet to come. I am heartbroken my marriage ended. I know in my heart that I did the best I could and gave it everything I had. I’m optimistic for the future.”

In the aftermath, Danielle and Nick both took shots at each other in interviews, but mended fences during a May 2023 appearance on Nick’s Eyes Wide Open podcast.

That same year, Danielle and Nick joined other Love Is Blind alums with allegations of mistreatment during filming. Love Is Blind creator Chris Coelen and production company Kinetic Content disputed the claims.

SPLIT: Iyanna and Jarrette (season 2)

Iyanna McNeely and Jarrette Jones were the second couple to get married during Love Is Blind season 2. Their relationship was always a touch shaky, with Iyanna never quite getting over being Jarrette’s second choice. Still, the future looked bright following their wedding.

“You took me and cared for me and nurtured me, and this all happened through walls,” Jarrette said during the ceremony. “I knew that this was something that was real, something that was strong, and something that can withstand the test of time.”

Their connection may have been both real and strong, but it did not withstand the test of time. The couple announced their divorce in August 2022, roughly the same time as Danielle and Nick announced theirs.

“After much thought, we’re saddened to share that we have separated and will begin the process of divorcing,” read their joint statement. “While we have love for each other, our lives are going in different directions, and that’s okay.”

Less than a year later, in April 2023, Iyanna alleged on her Feel in the Blank podcast that Jarrette had cheated on her, claiming that she “received an email with very specific details.” He denied the accusations in an Instagram Live at the time, per Buzzfeed.

She went on to admit it was an “unhappy” union and a “terrible fit,” saying, “He wasn’t ready, and I guess to an extent, I wasn’t either. However, I would have been a good wife to someone who has been a good partner to me.”

The good news? She’s currently engaged.

“[My fiancé] had never seen the show, so it was pretty embarrassing telling him that not only was I on it but I also got married and divorced from it,” McNeely told PEOPLE in December 2024.

SPLIT: Colleen and Matt (season 3)

There were many reasons to be skeptical of Colleen Reed and Matt Bolton’s long-term prospects.

For one, Matt was the third guy Colleen chose after two rejections. She also raised eyebrows when flirting with one of her previous suitors — goodness, remember Cole? — outside the pods. And then there were her and Matt’s onscreen fights, which didn’t bode well.

Though they got hitched in 2022, Colleen and Matt didn’t move in together for two more years. “Living together we have progressed so much in our relationship, we get to truly see every bit of one another,” the couple told PEOPLE in July 2024. “It has changed how we communicate and respond and settle in to our routines.”

They announced their separation in May 2025 with a joint Instagram statement, writing, “We wanted to share something personal, and this is not easy to do, but after nearly four years together, we’ve decided to end our marriage and move forward on our own paths.”

“We met in the most unique and unexpected way, and we’ll always be grateful for the love and memories we shared,” it continues. “There’s not one thing we would change, and we continue to have deep respect and care for one another.”

SPLIT: Milton and Lydia (season 5)

Lydia Velez Gonzalez was at the center of so much drama on Love Is Blind season 5, so shock was a natural reaction when she and Milton Johnson, who is seven years her junior, tied the knot.

While Milton kept a cool, calm demeanor throughout the season, Lydia was in hot water when the other contestants found out she was in an “on-and-off situationship” with another contestant, Uche, just months before filming.

“This is not ideal. This is not what I wanted,” she told EW. “You don’t want to find out that that person that you used to date was on the show. It’s so uncomfortable and such an unfortunate situation for everybody involved. I was like, ‘Oh my God, what should I do?’ At that moment, they haven’t taken us out of the pod yet. There was a lot of baggage in our relationship, and most of it was the lack of communication on his end.”

But none of it seemed to faze Milton. The couple appeared to be happily married, with Milton telling PEOPLE in May 2024 that they’re “still just as playful as we’ve always been.”

In June 2025, though, Lydia revealed on AD Smith‘s What’s the Reality? podcast that she asked Milton for a divorce in March.

According to Lydia, their marriage started off like a “fairytale,” per PEOPLE, but that apparently changed. (Milton did not return PEOPLE’s request for comment.) Throughout the interview, she mentions several instances of Milton allegedly insulting her and exhibiting controlling behavior, as well as messages from women on social media who claim Milton was hitting on women at bars.

Lydia also claims Milton wouldn’t sign divorce papers “unless there was an NDA” in place, which is what prompted her to spill on AD’s podcast. “That said enough for me to know that I needed to share my truth,” she says.

“I don’t believe he loves me,” she adds. “I still love him, unfortunately… I cannot keep being in a place where I’m not wanted. I’m trying to put back the pieces that he broke.”

SPLIT: Ashley and Tyler (season 7)

There was some odd drama around Ashley Adionser and Tyler Francis during Love Is Blind season 7, with Ashley only learning that Tyler had fathered three kids via sperm donation after they left the pods.

It got weirder from there, with Tyler getting caught in lies and accusations of being an absentee father. Still, Ashley decided to press forward with the marriage.

During the season 7 reunion, Tyler attempted to clear up the situation. “Those kids, that family, they did not sign up for this,” he said. “I did help a friend and her wife start a family, but her wife ended up leaving her and left her high and dry. This was my very close friend. So I stepped in, voluntarily stepped in and helped, so there are pictures of me around. I’ve spent holidays with all my friends, all their kids, and I played a part that became very shaky with a friend, and there’s no rule books to this.”

The couple announced their split in January 2025, three months after the season 7 finale aired.

“After much reflection, I want to share that Tyler and I have been separated for several weeks and have now made the difficult decision to end our marriage,” Adionser told PEOPLE. “While I had hoped for mutual understanding and transparency in our relationship, it has become clear that our paths are no longer aligned, making it impossible for me to continue in this marriage.”

Four months later, Ashley elaborated on the split on Smith’s What’s the Reality? podcast, revealing she simply couldn’t get over the paternity scandal.

“I was looking at this man like who are you?” she said. “It was so dark, it was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in my actual life.”
