I got the medium size and was pleased with how much it can hold! I would carry a change of clothes, a water bottle, two bottles of sunscreen, a towel, a small Bluetooth speaker, a wallet, a small battery-powered fan, and more at the same time. I like the waterproof compartment and was able to put my wet swim clothes in it. I also loved the bottom compartment, which could fit a towel or shoes in it, along with a few other small items, if needed. The side pockets are nice for a phone or water bottle, and the inside has organizing pockets as well, including a small zipper pocket. The straps are comfortable, and the bag itself is sleek and aesthetically pleasing. I do not regret getting this bag and will continue to use it for other purposes!
